WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PURCHASE?
Payments are processed securely through Gumroad.
After completing your purchase:
- Your Gumroad payment will be recorded.
- Your website membership account will be created using the name and email address entered during checkout.
- You will be contacted through that email address within 24 hours.
- Your email will include your username, temporary password, login link and member-dashboard link.
- You will log in to access the premium content available under your selected membership.
- You should change your temporary password after your first login.

Your membership account is intended for your individual use.
You must not:

- Present Grant Writing Academy materials as your original products
You may use the educational guidance and adapt eligible resources for your own organization or legitimate client work, subject to the terms stated with each resource.
ANNUAL RENEWAL
Each plan is an annual membership.
If the Gumroad checkout identifies the purchase as a recurring subscription, the payment method may be charged again at the end of the annual billing period unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.
Review the renewal information displayed on Gumroad before completing your purchase. Gumroad will manage the payment and subscription record, while Grant Writing Academy will manage your website access.
If a recurring membership is cancelled, access may remain available until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the applicable membership terms.

Unless a particular offer states otherwise, annual membership does not include:
- Grant applications written on your behalf
- Unlimited proposal reviews

1. Are all three memberships included in the $100 annual payment?
No. Each membership costs $100 per year and is purchased separately. Select the membership that best matches your primary learning needs.
2. Can I purchase more than one membership?
Yes. You may purchase more than one membership. Because the website membership system may manage the plans separately, contact us after purchasing multiple plans so that the correct access arrangement can be confirmed.
3. Are all templates and resources available immediately?
You will receive access to the content and resources currently available for your selected membership. Additional materials may be published during your active membership, but the availability and publication schedule may vary.
4. Can my entire organization use one account?
Unless a team-access arrangement is stated in writing, one membership is intended for one registered user. Contact us if your organization needs access for multiple staff members.
5. How will I receive my login information?
Your login information will be sent to the email address entered during Gumroad checkout, normally within 24 hours after your payment has been confirmed.
6. What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the password-reset option on the Member Login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact grantwritingacademyconsult@gmail.com.
7. Where will I find premium articles?
After logging in, you will enter the protected member dashboard associated with your membership. The dashboard will link to the premium content and resources currently available.
8. Can I cancel an annual recurring membership?
Recurring subscriptions should be managed through Gumroad. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically create a refund for the period already purchased. Review the checkout terms and applicable refund policy before buying.
9. Can I upgrade from one membership to another?
The memberships serve different audiences rather than operating as lower and higher tiers. If you need another area of access, you may purchase the corresponding membership separately.
